Wall Cross Management Portal

Internal associates lacked an interactive process for wall crossing processes. Traditional methods such as email and spreadsheets were used. This process was not only error prone, but it allowed for tracking and mapping issues, time management issues, and was a slow and tedious process. CRM integration was also an inefficient and manual process.

Create an online digital portal. Many of the usability issues of the legacy process have been resolved as a result of creating a responsive, consistent UI that was in-line with company branding guidelines.

Redesign of the process increased productivity, allowed users to catch errors early and often. Mappings were now tightly integrated into company CRM system reducing tedious data entry and manual mappings errors.
